Mexican food has been well known around the world because of its unique taste and food items.
Burrito bowl would be a great dish form the Mexican cuisine. If you unwrap the burrito then you can lose a few extra pounds then and there.
One of my fav options to always go for is veggie fajitas. It’s my go-to for Mexican restaurants.
I always go for soft corn tortillas and try to avoid the flour ones. They contain more fiber and nutrients which keep us full for a longer period of time.

One of the favorite items of mine is fish tacos.

This is a special avocado recipe which is way too addicting. It’s usually made in about 10 mins.
It’s a perfect recipe for get-togethers and potlucks and BBQs.
EASY CARNITAS RECIPE
This dish is seasoned with cumin and chili powder, oregano, lime juice, and some more spices.
The carnitas are quite juicy and with pork, it makes a perfect choice for tacos and salads.

A lovely recipe made with skirt steak and it’s cooked on the grill. This is a perfect addition to any of the Mexican meals.

EASY ENCHILADA SAUCE
This dish gets ready in 10 mins and it is super easy to make. No dried chiles are added in this. You just need some regular herbs in your kitchen and you are ready for this recipe.
